I hope so too! Contacted them on Twitter, but looks like I'll have to go in store to go find out about these "terms and conditions".

Frankly, I have never seen Telkom doing away with any of their promo's. Could be wrong though. When you do go to the store ask for as many sims as you can get ( I think it's up to 5 ) all free.

I'm gonna need two for now, but if it's free then I'll invent imaginary family members :D.

Not sure it is free. Got this from them a while back:
Link up to 4 sim cards to your primary Sim card from only R9 per month, and start sharing you data bundle across devices. Visit your nearest Telkom store to activate. Remember to bring your ID and proof of address to complete the RICA process. T's & C's apply.

I never paid anything. Thanks for the info. Looks like it's only 4 sims ... but hell R9 a month is free :p
 
Just got my latest Telkom bill. Seems now they record everytime you logon to the internet with your integrated sim and data usage. But so far mine is R0.00 usage :p

Confused. Can anyone explain how much DATA allocation a person gets on a 10GB Unlimited ADSL line PER MONTH! I read 5GB mobile and 5GB night surfer, is that per day?

Got a SIM card today, I'm house sitting and the place has zero comms so this will come in handy. But knowing my kids voracious appetite for DATA not sure if it is going to help.

That's a good question it does not really mention it. But I thought it was per month, which seems very low for uncapped users.

AFAIK it's per month. That said I'm pretty sure I've exceeded this limit some months but have no way of checking with the usage reports TI provide.
 
My Telkom integrated data sim is permanently in my phone, well until my dsl goes down at home :) every month i lose 90 gigs lol :D so im downgrading to a smaller package soon.
 
My 20 gig is in my phone, use it for streaming, when the internet is down at home in my one tablet as well. So far no complaints and with streaming I just use about 10 gigs a month.
 
Confirmed now, 10meg ADSL uncapped gives you 5meg + 5meg night surfer per month!
