I'm sure you can. There might be a cancellation fee on your current contract if you have one.I received my monthly bill this morning and the promotional content caught my eye.
I currently pay R599pm for a 2 meg uncapped line but the promotional offer is also R599pm but for a 4meg uncapped line.
Can I somehow just "upgrade" to this package seeing as its more speed for the same money? This package can also be taken on contract or month to month if you dont want the router.

Actually my last interaction with 10210 switching from uncapped to capped and changing my call plan was handled very professionally. It was just the canned music during the 20 minute hold time that was annoying, best to use a speakerphone if you don't want cramp in your earI take it it would be better to rather go into a shop to do the upgrade as opposed to try and do it through the call center.

Phone them and tell them to upgrade you to 4 megs.
