Any other means then phoning 10210 to cancel some unwanted services and to move my line to a new location? Seems the cancellation department don't want to pick the phones up.

Well, after a s#!tload of phone calls to telkom support, numerous conversations with normal representatives, supervisors, tier 2 support and even a call back (2 weeks later) from the "almighty" administrators, someone at Telkom finally admitted to me that my line is being throttled. I would love to post every single detail about all the conversations and fighting over the phone, all the hours I waisted. Some calls/conversations went on for more than an hour. Id rather not as I might end up breaking something or getting a stroke. I asked every single person I spoke to at Telkom if I am being throttled. The answer was NO every time. Now all of a sudden, after a 2 week call back (a lot of tantrums), I get a call back stating that I am indeed being throttled. I have never in my life had to restart my damn router so many times in 2 weeks whilst these "geniuses" were trying to "fix" my line. Now all of a sudden (after no one mentioned anything or picked it up whilst troubleshooting the line), the administrator says that I am being throttled. Sounds like a bad excuse or maybe they just gave up. I have done 180GB so far this month (double checked on saix user stats). I am on an uncapped 4Mbps package. Definitely canceling.
This is more or less my speed for the past 2 weeks (4Mbps account). This is what I'm paying R705 for:

I assume you've tested with another ISP's account and are happy with the results? This is more or less my speed for the past 2 weeks (4Mbps account). This is what I'm paying R705 for:

I trust you have learnt your lesson, and, that you haven't signed a contract?
Go with IS (not OW) as they are the best bandwidth providers (IMO) around. I suggest connection.co.za as they are damn cheap, but mainly because they don't have a 30 day policy (if you don't mind that then WA is also an option), but if you find their accounts too restrictive, then I would give Plugg's higher priced account's a go, coming from a satisfied 4mb uncapped averaging 300GB/month customer for over a year.
EDIT: Or even connection "business" which is R100 cheaper than WA.
I must admit, I haven't tried this so can't comment.
Prior to 2014 you could cancel immediately via 10210, some MyBB members not paying by D/O have reported having the new 30 day "clause" waived.Luckily I did not sign a contract. Cancellation now in progress but I have to sit out the 30 day policy. Does anybody know where this is stated in their terms and conditions btw? Can't seem to find it.
I dunno if anyone knows what's happening, but now it's happened twice that my internet suddenly goes really unusable, and the router syncs at below 2meg, and then I phone Telkom and they do a port reset and it's fine for a day.
It's not the ISP account because it's the same when I try another account, so it's something happening to the line.
