Telkom Internet Capped/Uncapped User Feedback (Pt2)

Durban IPC.... Something broke about 1 hour or so ago because its crawling @ 1Mbps and the latency is BAD.....

50GB softcap account with only 13% data used.

Problem seems to be sorted out now. So frustrating to have to swap around to get something that work.

The wholesale is then shaped in each province. We aren't using wholesale, we are using something that has undergone processing. Clearly the guys in KZN are experiencing a MUCH better service, so where is it going wrong?

I was correcting your opinion regarding TI and IPC. How TI manage their IPC is a different issue!
 
Durban 4 Mg uncapped, Everything went to hell just now. Down to 0.6Mb/s on speedtest

Ping is over 100 locally

Anybody else having issues?
 
Yep. Something definitely wrong in Durban tonight. Just when I start complimenting Telkom lol !

My gaming was okay'ish - 300 ping minimum to Smite servers...Downloading normally and on Steam... 0.3mMb/s on a 2mb business uncapped. Atrocious!

I've been having this problem... goggle and youtube go down for 10-15min a few times a day like others experience, but unlike others, I get additional sites unavailable at the same time. TI did recreate my port yesterday, but didn't help. I will see what the fix for google/youtube problem Ranger mentioned a few days back brings. Hopefully it addresses my issue as well as google.
 
No improvement today on TI. Anyone else in Durban still having a problem today ?
