Does anyone know the threshold for an uncapped 2meg account? I thought it was 200GB but I'm starting to think it's more like 120GB. My current usage normally wouldn't be a problem, but lately I haven't been scheduling downloads during Nightsurfer, so this was expected.
Also, how does the management system work now, in regards to throttling and whatnot. I get this message when I log in to the tracker: "Please note your account is being managed as per Telkom AUP", but I haven't noticed any actual slowdown. I'm assuming this is a first warning, and that the second warning is when they would cut you off completely, unless you sign that agreement, or have they stopped doing that now? I remember that was a big thing a couple months ago. I've always wondered, what actually happens when the bar reaches the end of the red zone?
Also, should I still make use of Nightsurfer, or would that not be a good idea? Seeing as I'm in the red zone of the tracker.
I just wish all of this information could be made transparent. It would be much easier as a customer to know where I stand.
