Great, not even slow. Downloads are now breaking.

Same for me. Bf on Ps4 lags like a mother, netflix streaming from ps3 non existent - struggle to make out faces op people on Netflix
 
I think Telkom has bigger problems which they can't disclose, and they are not honest with their customers, this thing could be permanent giving uncapped customers only full access during 12:00 - 08:00!!!

If I had more time, I'd make a generator where you can put your actual speeds in there. But, just the photoshop job for now.
 
So guess what... Tried calling 10210 to somehow assist... Got some rude p***k who acknowledged the issues but says they can't do anything at the moment.. Told him how can you expect us to pay for such a service that hasn't worked for nearly 2 months (calm manner), no answer to that, just that we mustn't shoot the messenger, we just need to wait and see. Absolutely no solution. Asked him to reset our ports, to which he sighed and was hesitant to do..

If you can't provide any solutions whatsoever, at least jack up your service personnel!
 
Some Telkom service personnel, think they are paid to like/dislike the attitude of pissed off clients - they do not understand they are there, to help them resolve the issues they have with their Telkom services for which the clients are paying for ...

Wonderful company Telkom is - NOT
 
Got a ps4 and can't even game online thanks to telsuck... 702 hopefully we can get some comment from John robbie or Akki
 
Glad to see its not only me. Will be cancelling and moving else where at teh end of the month.

Downloads (FTP) going at 1/4 what they should be atm :(
