When me do Account is flapping around, my other ISP accounts max out my line. So it's not exchange on my side either. That said, it was stable last night but I have another week or so to decide which accounts to cancel.

Yes I can confirm also that other accounts were working fine when TI was FUBAR last night. Definitely not the exchange, the line or my pc. The only variable is an isp username / password. TI last night, 4 pm till 11pm: like dial-up. Mweb acc: Schweet speeds and downloads. Tried an Axxess voucher acc, also working fine. Please Telkom reps, give us some idea of what is going on. I see elsewhere on the forums that even RPM is moaning about evening slowdowns on his TI home capped account.

Backup mweb account perfect when TI acts up between 4pm and 11pm.
The service alone from Telkom is enough to make sure once my data portion with them is cancelled I will never every use them as an ISP again.

Unluckily for me it isn't an occasional issue, it is nothing but issues, this has been my personal experience, from getting the line installed to getting the data bundle working. Latency was all over the place last night in BF3.
No thanks, not for me. Since they wont cancel an account less then 12 hours old I have had to downgrade to a 1MB and now cancel.
Same. It's been more good than bad, to be honest. It's just the frustrations of those 4 hours every night that's a bit annoying, but, at least my connection doesn't die. Only issues I'm having is http downloads sucking during those times. I'm sure it will get sorted, but I do wish that the guys would stop using congestion as an excuse, because it's clearly not.
Conspiracy theory:
I think we were experimented on the last couple of days/evenings.
But is is only 14:15 now.Crawling again for me since 3PM.
Have had communication from TelkomZA and we have eliminated line (healthy) and exchange (perfect, no congestion).
Looks like it is the account itself and he is investigating.
