What action can I take if Telkom hasn't dispatched a tech within 24 hours to resolve a problem with my 10meg Fibre MetroEthernet?

I just ordered my uncapped account on do.co.za. I ordered the ISP account only, as my line will still be with Afrihost until end of this month.
Now the site said a my order was placed and the call centre will contact me soon to process it. Soon will probably be tomorrow sometime.
Can't wait to have my TI account!
$%#$%##$ - the call centre is useless, called last week to upgrade my ISP account to 10Mb Uncapped, wasn't done. Now i'm calling again, and they tell me its not possible to upgrade a 4mb uncapped account to 10mb - even if my line is syncing at 10MB.
