Correct.

It will also place the onus on the customer to know the T&C's of his/her ISP and network provider.

At least yesterday & Friday I could connect to Netflix, today its a no go!!! So frustrating!!!
 
So 2nd week with TI, streaming on SS is bad on TI aswell it seems? It was bad on Afrihost too so I'm not too phased but am I correct in saying this?
 
Well TI has been having a bad 2 week past ... , today has been somewhat better, but the acid test here will start at 17:00 when a Guildwars 2 ongoing event [ weekends] starts I.e. high population events - last one ends around 21:00

Platform = PC. Southern Gauteng region.

Still no ETA for a fix? Or is the "2-3 days" from 5 days ago still the only ETA?

Edit: oh and Twitch not even streaming on low. 4 meg line. Have a fantastic evening!

Everything was hunky dory all weekend and at 19:30 it all went for a ball of sh@t.

A 250MB SD show will be ready to play in 2 hours 19 minutes.

Edit: It will now be ready in 4 hours 27 minutes.
 
Netflix was fine this morning.
Bf4 still lags on ps4 - Lonehill Gauteng

NOW - netflix back to 240p and buffering every 10 seconds... Oh the joy
 
And the most frustrating part of this whole thing is I wake up in the mornings and I have a perfect stable line that I am more than happy with but as the day progresses it deteriorates.

Also experiencing unbearable lag in Uncharted 3 (PS3). Please fix this ASAP, ranger...
