Telkom Internet Uncapped User Feedback.

Yes my telkom adsl also died about ten minutes ago... After a long frustrating day of sllloowww internet... Are they fixing it?!
 
Logged a fault this morning , still no feedback from telkom. Can't even run a speed test atm.

No offence ranger but whatever you did both this morning and tonight has just made the problem worse. My account blacked out for a few minutes and now that it is back online (after a reboot) it is taking ages to "resolve with host". Once the page is cached everything seems hunky dory. This is for both local and international traffic now.

It seems as though you guys don't know what the problem is and are just throwing crap against the wall hoping that it sticks... This, for a company of Telkom's stature, is quite pathetic really.

I have given Telkom the benefit of the doubt but I will be cancelling monday and moving on. A shame really because I thoroughly enjoyed the TI experience until 6th January of this year.
 
Geez this blows. Top-upped on my free Afrihost, just to be able to use the net for streaming youtube etc.

Popped back over to TI, and things are crawling. At least AHost must be smiling.
 
Mine is still dead in Cape Town.. it just suddenly died an hour ago. Turned off router for 15 minutes...still nothing.
 
My internet died completely at about 6.30pm after terrible speeds for most of the day. Couldn't even get to Google. Came back up about 10 minutes ago, and now running at full line speed.
 
Im stuck for another 4 months in a contract with telkom, but then I am moving on. I dont even try and use my Telkom Uncapped account anymore.
 
My internet also died completely.
It came back on now and my trace routes are looking are looking a lot better.
 
Holy hell... eu server pings for my games are 220'ish ms... I haven't seen this in weeks

Side note, I think we should crowd fund human cloning and fill telkom with Rangers
 
Well since my internet came back up, it has been the best it has been in weeks ...

Not quiet up to scratch, but very much improved ...

Going to try go WvWvW in Guild Wars ...

Hoping that works out fine ...
