Netflix was fine until 4pm this afternoon, then it was downhill again, man I am so tired of this crap!!!
Lack of capacity and a poor QoS system which let's latency spike.What is going on with Telkom network during these off peak times? Just doesn't makes sense.

Set up some sort of network notifications system. Even a damn wordpress site would work for it. A 9-year-old could do it in an hour. I doubt someone can't take the time out of their job to simply go onto their phone and log whatever they are doing or warn people of future problems.
Is this like part of the secrecy act or something?
