Telkom ISP pop3 & smtp problems on IPad

Hi guys, can someone assist me I can receive but sending is a mission always, anyone who's experienced this before....?

Can you give the settings which you use for your sending? Are you using Outlook?

For Telkom Mobile the outgoing server is smtp.dsl.telkomsa.net, smtp.saix.net or smtp.saix.co.za

Also work or other email like Hotmail or yahoo?

I've used smtp.telkomsa.net - auth/password - ssl/off
