Telkom Issues - DNS Down

Anyone else having issues?

Been unable to access some sites from ADSL at home and now even telkom mobile refuse to open pages or just very slow.

Seems to be DNS issue with their service.
Jeez not a good start to 2017, double billing and service disruptions.

I am having the same issue since Dec on Telkom LTE - some websites don't work but when changing to ADSL (using Afrihost) works perfectly.

Also tested Google DNS but does not make a difference.



Edit - Land line were logged in Nov and LTE in Dec

I've just spent a good hour with a Telkom technician running tests - they have taken all the results and hopefully an engineer sort out problem.

This issue is really frustrating. I'm not clued up on the technical side of networks etc.. but can a fix for this really take this long?

Tried all of the above DNS fixes, no success.

No access for Hetzner website, and no email downloads for 3 days.

Poor.

Can anyone confirm if this issue has been resolved?

According to Telkom it has been sorted out but I am still experiencing issues with accessing Hetzner, Afrihost and several other sites at two seperate installations.

I have had super service from TM over the past 3 years, but since two weeks ago, at times, I have to connect at 2G in order to get ANY internet access - TM rep has also disappeared - TM wake up!!!!

Yip Ebay works 100%, Hetzner and Afrihost still down. all 100% when working with Vcom.

Emails sending, still not receiving.
