Contact @Nology. I took mine to him and he fixed in 10 minutes.What does one do with an A11 that has been bricked due to update. Its not a resolution problem. The unit does not swith off via the remote or frount panel. What it the turn around time for telkom to replace. I take it they will repair or replace under warranty. Anyone sent there units back please give feedback. Thanks
