Ok first let me apologize if this is in the wrong place.
So i have always had Living planet II and Greys Anatomy which my wife watches. It was there yesterday. Then it wasn't. Then this morning it was and now they aren't. How is that?

On Netflix?

Greys Anatomy appears to be in the US and not local.

I can't find Living Planet 2 anywhere. Is that the exact title?

Did you use some kind of dns previously to get greys on Netflix? Cause version 6 and up of the Netflix app blocks proxy dns setups
On other the box I know it's a version 4 something for netflix. But good to know about the versions. I use smartdns and I think American content is activated for Netflix.
Well for my wife greys is on showmax so not a train smash

@Dolby and others - thanks for ALL the help over the last couple of days. I would be bald by now for sure. The LIT is not the run of the mill media bx or TV box. This thing has "skills" (functionality) - i have new learning to do

Funny, in the picture it's the Ematic logo on the remote.
They are one of SDMC's customer and launched the Ematic Jetstream in the US with the same remote.

I'm impressed ...

Got the remote today. I don't think it came with batteries or instructions, unless I missed them somewhere. How do I put the remote into Bluetooth pairing mode?
No instructions or batteries... It's becoming more and more difficult and expensive to transport batteries. Plus technically, they're replacements.

I assume A7 or above, and Android 8.0? I don't have a LIT with me, but try settings > Bluetooth or Accessory? The IR works out the box?

Found the combination - volume down and enter key puts remote into pairing mode.

IR works out the box.

Trying to get mic to pick up something I say. I can see on the screen its not picking up my voice.

Interesting. Hmmmm

So Bluetooth worked and synced , so definitely not A06 And 8.2.38?

Maybe try off and on?
Maybe needs to boot?

Edit : So pressing the mic button, is pulling the mic on screen? Just the voice not working?
