Same here. Saw an update, installed, rebooted, but alas, no live tv.

Several, restarts, and reboots, and now it is back, what the hell, causes this, and how to stop, or at least fix it when it happens?
Still no go for me. Did you uninstall at all?
Ok, I think I have found why Live TV doesn't always show up in DSTV Now.
Goto "Settings" of device, then to "Home Screen", and then to "Recommendations Row" and disable DSTV Now recommendations.
Then you can press and hold HOME button to bring up running apps, kill DSTV Now if running, and then launch DSTV Now.

Secondly, can you confirm one can take it on 12 month payment if no ADSL account?
/been really enjoying the updated DSTVNow app / FreeFlix HQ app. Have only had handful of channels fail from the 400+ live channels. Anyone want to see Brooklyn traffic live...or see what is happening in Japan

There was last few units at old price [good friend went to buy now]. So check your local store if you guys still want one.
To answer my question, can't pay over 12 months without adding to adsl/fibre account.
Quick tip: Tired of the same screensaver.....then download Hues and use the default reddit sub or add your own

Yes I bough a LIT Box today at Mall@Reds and the price was R1099 once off. You can only select the 6 or 12 month payment plan if you have a Telkom account like ADSL,Fibre or Analogue. So you can not add it to your mobile contract if you have one unless you upgrade or get it as a bundles deal in a upgrade or new contract.

Which one did you manage to get? A07, A11 or A12?
I got the A11 model. I'm assuming the A12 is the very latest one? Damn I should have asked her for it because looks like they have quite a lot in stock.
Love this box actually. DSTV now is flawless. Have it plugged into my fibre line and it maxes the port of the lit box @ 95Mbps down and up.
I'm failing to get popcorntime to work though because the app starts then starts downloading the movie then stops it saying the disk is full but I added a 32GB SD Card to the box and used that as the storage space for popcorn time but it's still not working.

There is no difference between the A11 and A12 as far as I know - just different production runs.
Just when I get happy with the box DSTV destroys it. No Live tv option anymore no matter what I do. I tried the recommendations fix but nothing. Even reset the box nothing. Works fine on my phone and pc. I can even cast from my phone to the lit box but can't get the live tv link in the app on the lit box anymore.
