I took my LIT box on a road trip, figuring I'd take advantage of the hotel's free wifi, but I can't figure out how to authenticate it on the wifi network... any suggestions?

Maybe install a browser on the box and see if it doesn't want you to sign in when you open it.
Also in a hotel atm but left my box at home

Thanks - had to get online another way to download chrome but after that it worked.

Settings>Apps>(relevant app)>Clear Cache

Then start the app again and see

Bit annoyed at the moment, not the LIT boxes fault, thought I might get lucky using a HDMI to VGA adapter, with the LIT box at work with a computer monitor. To watch the Soccer World Cup. YouTube, and Twitch work fine, DSTV Now, I only get audio. Bugger, will have to bring my HDMI monitor to work as well.

Had the same problem in April, so went to Telkom page on Facebook & messaged this problem. My LIT box was delivered 2 days later well before other local new fibre optic people received theirs. Those FB Telkom people have been the most helpful re all Telkom issues.

Had not thought of that, but would that not count as an additional device against the account?

Had the same issue on my rather old, but still good Galaxy Tab, eventually resolved itself, and all is well again.

Not not today - started about 2 weeks ago, and it updated over the weekend - seemed "stuck" for some reason ...

It got sorted today? People from the LIT Box are telling me the issue is with the DStv Now app. Their OS on the LIT Box is working just fine
