I was one of the lucky ones back in the day to get one from Telkom. Have had no issues up until today (touch wood)Sure, Telkom does subsidise their boxes - but you need to be able to find one at a Telkom store.

If the box is made by SDMC and exactly the same as the Litbox then surely any problems with that box can be discussed on here.
