Yeah, if I encounter one more of these (which I doubt) I'll get a thin client PC and use that with the TV.Maybe just connect my old laptop to the dumb tv to watch Netflix

Excellent. I noticed the 1 was a 2 again, which means I didn't save it correctly.Yes Telkom LIT box made by SDMC,
This is what i have done:
So after kodi 19 is installed with the Netflix add-on successfully installed go to the Netflix add-on open it up
Go to add-on settings
Change to Expert mode
Go down to Expert
Scroll to ESN / Widevine settings and open
Click reset and the ESN will appear
Click on Change ESN
Change the NFANDROID2 to NFANDROID1 leave the rest and click OK
Make sure Widevine is on Disabled this will leave it on L1
Click Apply changes
and ok
Try playing a video on the add-on
Your welcome,Excellent. I noticed the 1 was a 2 again, which means I didn't save it correctly.
Thank you.
Did this work on the LIT Box? How is the picture quality?Excellent. I noticed the 1 was a 2 again, which means I didn't save it correctly.
Thank you.
Just get a cheap second hand Chromecast plugged into another HDMi port, and powered from the USB port on the TV.Maybe just connect my old laptop to the dumb tv to watch Netflix
Yes, on the Litbox. I'm currently hooked up to an old monitor (4x3 screen with an hdmi to vga adaptor, because of renovations), but perhaps @xiphos can answer that.Did this work on the LIT Box? How is the picture quality?
@Straw786Yes, on the Litbox. I'm currently hooked up to an old monitor (4x3 screen with an hdmi to vga adaptor, because of renovations), but perhaps @xiphos can answer that.
Edit: the Mibox is on another TV. Can test when done watching a movie there.
So does this mean we have a successful, if slightly complicated, work around?@Straw786
It appears to run FULL 1080p and 5.1 DD when audio passthrough is enabled. I'm not too sure about 4k though
It seems to be working ok watched 3 movies with no problems, Its not the most elegant solution but has to do for now.So does this mean we have a successful, if slightly complicated, work around?
My problem is that I need a device with an ethernet port as the wi-fi signal is very weak in the room where my TV is located.Just get a cheap second hand Chromecast plugged into another HDMi port, and powered from the USB port on the TV.
These are pretty decentMy problem is that I need a device with an ethernet port as the wi-fi signal is very weak in the room where my TV is located.
