Telkom LTE Connectivity Problems

Is anyone else having problems recently with Telkom LTE? Worked fine for three months and for past few weeks the connection drops to slowest speed, can't even download emails let alone stream media. Tried rebooting several times, picks up LTE, blue and chan indicator on Huawei router, then changes to yellow and connection is miserably slow. I am in Rondebosch, Cape Town.
 
I am having the same problem in Pretoria. Download speed fair (not good), but upload speed drops to zero. Spent ages trying sent a couple of urgent files by email, then in desperation I set the B315 router to use 3G only. Then at least I could get my files sent.
Yesterday I did a further speed test, after switching back to 4G mode. The first test was reasonable, but about a third of the speed my daughter got on her cell phone from M-Net; after a second try I was back to a zero upload speed?
To whom can I register a complaint? I can't find a service/complaint address for Telkom at present.
 
I have also struggled to find a number or office to complain to. The Telkom Dashboard is pretty useless, as it does everything besides allow one to register a fault complaint.

If I find the correct place to complain I will post the info here...
 
According to a Telkom technician there are network sabotages being done by laid off IT stuff. He said their systems for doing their daily work is down, they have to do things manually.
 
My LTE connectivity went to **** Wednesday afternoon. Struggling to watch anything online. In the evenings it's hardly working.
