Telkom LTE Data Usate Tracker - Login Issue

Hi Guys

I recently took out 2 x 100GB Telkom LTE "contracts" - and for the life of me I cannot sign in to the data monitoring tool. I have followed the instructions here: http://www.telkom.co.za/sites/documents/b/TI-Usage_Tracker_Userguide.pdf but it wont accept any of my details, even if I go the forgot password route and use every detail they ask me for. Has anyone had the same issue and how did you get around it. Its pointless trying to call them, I have never ever gotten though to them by calling in.
 
If you need help with Telkom Mobile rather use of the "Chat with an agent" from a device that can connect to the telkom website, and then let them call you back. I have just used this, and had agent respond to me as soon as I connected.
