Telkom LTE SLOW SLOW SLOW

I have been having issues for about 1 weeks now. Local games to JHB and Cape Town have pings of 120ms +- the whole day.
Twitch streams are unwatchable, has to buffer more than i can watch.
WHAT IS GOING ON @Telkom ??????????

When I am at work though, and don't need it, its pretty good.

Cant load showmax, netflix or even game during normal evening hours though.
