Hi,

How do i add data to my contract service for my Mobile device's sim.
I have been trying 10213 option 1 then 4 and retried option 1 then 2, i am just hanging on for over 30 minutes per call.
Service is shocking, really.

When i initially called Telkom on 10210 i was corrected to call 10213 and option 1 then option 4.
Really, this is a killer.

you have to get used to very customer service

But u need to buy more data.. download the telkom app and register on it. There should be options there..

alternative, login on the telkom website and register.. then login and buy more data using your credit card.. very easy
 
It will help if you phone the right number...

To quote myself from the other post you made about this:

Why don't you just buy airtime data for that number via you internet banking, and then go to http://onnet.telkom.co.za/ on that SIM and Login instantly with your SIM and convert the airtime into a data bundle?

Or you could even just load data from your internet banking directly?
