Hi
Anyone else also experiencing bad network, especially on 4g, irrespective of roaming or not? And also experiencing bad service when logging a issue with customer service? I've checked how long it takes them to finish a call log, 18 days. Anyone else?
 
Same here, I logged a ticket with them about 8 weeks ago regarding my number all of a sudden saying "The number you have dialed does not exists on the MTN network"

I ported from MTN about 10 years ago when porting was first available...maybe even longer than that. I am on Telkom Mobile and everyone from an MTN network can't phone me.

I log a ticket and wait weeks, then someone phones me and says its fixed I should test it. (DUH! how do I test it if I am on the phone with you)

The other thing is network coverage has been hell in our area. Thank goodness we have wireless 5G at the house so we can actually get on the internet..otherwise we would not be able too.
