Telkom not capping?

yup, experienced the same thing, i started my local thinking I'm capped but then noticed a few times its not capped at all.

can "They" bill you for exceeding your "Blended" connection by a 500% margin? hehe

Ok listen N00Bz! It has been happening since 2006 and maybe even before that. Just abuse it. THEY WILL NOT CHARGE YOU. Just make sure that the usage is counting to your blended usage and not local cause then you will get charged R15 per GB for extra "local" [actually international gigs] if you exceed your local usage.

Basically they won't charge you. I know this cause it I did like 100GB before and they never charged me. Happened many times. So just use it and stop questioning it.

There is a thread about all this already... on various forums. I would not worry too much some additional advertising. Telkom is busy doing something, that is quite clear - my usage for today shot up to over 3GB, something that is impossible on a 384k line.

Yeah, but do they monitor all forums in the same way that they very closely scrutinise this one?

Yeah, something weird happened to mine too, I was on 5, then after downloading a 2GB file, it's now sitting @ 13GB.

Telkom can only charge you for going over your local cap,if you reached your international cap and they did not stop it they can`t charge you,so enjoy.

Same here....im sure there was an error on their side because yesterday i had 5GB left at work and today when i check it says the limit has been exceeded but i can still use the net....
