Telkom or ISP Fault?

I have 10 ADSL lines all the accounts stoped working at the same time my modem gives me this.

1/1/2000 0:10:3> No DNS server available
1/1/2000 0:10:3> Last errorlog repeat 10 Times
1/1/2000 0:10:3> adjTimeTask fail: no server available
1/1/2000 0:10:3> adjtime task pause 60 seconds
1/1/2000 0:10:3> No DNS server available
1/1/2000 0:10:3> Last errorlog repeat 10 Times
1/1/2000 0:10:3> adjTimeTask fail: no server available
1/1/2000 0:10:3> adjtime task pause 60 seconds

Is it an telkom problem or ISP problem? i don't know its the first time this happens.
 
Mine did the same yesterday at 2pm, was an exchange issue.

Are you connected to East London main exchange.I had similar problems yesterday,what speed you are connected 10/4mb.?
 
If you throw me your phone number in pm I'll screenshot the DSLAM interrogation for it for you.
 
Bloody lucky...

In any event... phoned them and spoke to some cool chick, she was very helpful. DSL restored now and got 2 calls from Telkom asking for feedback on my ticket etc... Jislaaik they have improved dramatically.
