Telkom or MWEB for uncapped?

Ordered my Telkom line today, was painless. Hope the installation is just as efficient.
 
I a having endless problems with my telkom adsl, I waited 3 too 4 weeksfor a password and the software that the give you on their wifi modem is only for PC not for Mac, so now I got a telkom line, a modem a password but still no internet so its back Vodacom's expensive 3G dongle any suggestion guys, cause I am like stuck and too top it off their tech dept is so useless I dread even calling them

OK so line is installed, should I just call Telkom and have the DSL activated, or must I just let MWEB sort it for me?:o
 
Can anyone recommend a good inexpensive modem router?
