No matter the ISP, you have to pay for line rental from Telkom, which is the single biggest cost

What rocket scientist asked this question? If I had a list of 1000 questions to ask Telkom this one wouldn't even make the list. Caps have increased, Mr Einstein, from 3gb to 5gb to 9gb. That's a 200% increase! But it is not even important, because data is subject to competition. Telkom's pricing in areas where there is competition is not in issue. The market forces their hand.

No the Question, and the ONLY question is why ADSL and line rentals, where they have a complete monopoly, are so freaking high, and without any shadow of a doubt, higher than anywhere else in the World. How can MyBB interview a Telkom honcho and not ask about the elephant in the room?
