Sorry if this is not the correct forum for this. Telkom advertises a HP Stream Notebook on a SmartInternet Top-Up 500MB at R199 per month x 24. I have literally spoken to almost everyone at the various contact numbers, 10210, 10213, 081180 . I get passed from pillar to post. The last Telkom Mobile agent said because this is not a cellphone, they cannot help.

Can anyone tell me how I can order this device? I filled in my details last week already and I am still waiting for "An Agent will be in contact".
