As it turns out i had plenty of data 130GB and bought a further R1055 worth of data for my router. The voice on 180 says i mustn't believe such lies-it is my problem that i will loose the money i spent, as i cannot possibly use all the data within the validity period. 180 proposed that i bring home relatives and friends to use up the data@!!!. I want the 200+200 Gb data transaction reversed so that i can get my money back and hopefully stop Telkom from telling such lies. I would be pleased for help for me lodge a dispute
