I thought their legal team forgot about Hellkom perhaps the fact that I applied for a court date caused a bit of a stir, and if so then good.. rather do something than sit back and wait for it to happen, right?

MaD CONGRATS! Hellkom was what originaly steered me towards MYADSL, and its great to see that your perseverence has paid off. You have prove to me that Telkom are not unbeatable, and if one stands up for what is just and right you can succeed!

Hellkom.co.za was the first place I got to see just how "dumb-assy" Telkom is. Thus, losing the site would have sure felt like a punch in the stomach.

Just had a thought. If they (telkom) are withdrawing their case, does that mean that they concede that the statements made on hellkom.co.za are infact TRUE?

Well I'd say yes ... but obviously they won't admit that in public .... .... maybe the new CEO had some input on the matter ? ..... oh and well done MaD !!!
