Hey guys

I have a Telkom Uncapped LTE account and I'm travelling for business.
I cannot take the entire Huawei Router etc that I use for this service so I've put the sim into my work laptop which is a Dell Lattitide 8850 running windows 10.
I cannot for the life of me get this thing to work tho.
It displays a healthy amount of bars etc here in DBN but cannot come right with it. The APN is constantly wrong no matter what I try (internet, TelkomInternet, etc)
Has anyone got this to work and would like to share some advice with me?
Maybe even screenshots of APN settings and others that might be required?

Best Regards
Clinton

Are you sure the laptop is LTE capable? AFAIK the uncapped product doesn't work on 3G.

Thanks for the reply speedster. I actually cannot see any of that. It's something I know I should be doing. Hoping someone knows how this is done. Really need my for work:(

My guess would be it is not LTE enabled. Do you have any details on the specs for your machine, particularly the built in modem?

Yeah I did check that first. Driven by a snapdragon LTE chip on that section if things so should capable.

Are you sure it's a Latitude 8850? I can't find anything with that model number online.

I have a 5580 with Snapdragon LTE modem.I installed Skylight Connection manager to connect.I had a Apn error and used the Skylight to connect and worked ok
