Telkom Webmail - Forwarding Address Not Working

Good day forumites,

So today I tried to configure a forwarding address on Telkom's webmail site. Reason is for such poor uptime on their servers that sometimes I dont get mails for days, and then suddenly a shitload.

Anyway, filled in the info, saved and sent a couple test emails. With 0 surprise it was NOT working.



I then proceeded to the online Telkom Chat, where the agent told me this feature has been disabled by Telkom?!?!?

Is there any other way I can get mails from telkomsa.net to gmail.com address?

Vent : Ffen Telkom, so useless!!

Login to Gmail and under settings it has a option to retrieve emails from other providers, in your case your Telkom address.
