Telkom are downgrading my line every week to a 2mb (and iv been paying for a 4mb for the last 4 years) every week they downgrade my line and I obviously notice it. I have never asked them to downgrade line nor do they phone me and tell me that they are doing so, every week I have to phone telkom to ask them what the problem is and they all say the same thing. Surely this is illegal that they keep on doing this, how do i deal with this?

They have downgraded my account from a 4mb because I am too far from the exchange. But technicians were here in July and tested the line and I was getting a 3.6mb/s download.

Did they say they downgraded said line?

This is happening to me. Had a 2meg line the took it to 1.5 then I upgraded to a 4meg and it was there a few weeks now I sit with a 2.5meg - people say just cancel ja sure and have no internet. Or just pay pay pay
