Perhaps get a group of people together and all go to the headoffice and demand to see it. If they dont give it to you, pick up your MTN phones and start phoning the all the press contacts that you can informing them that Telkom is breaking the law by denying you access to it.

His ISP is Dotco, that's way their is no local cap....DOTCO has succeeded in a temporary order until 5 December 2005 preventing Telkom from introducing usage based billing scheduled for 1 November.

Ferreira decided to test a TelkomInternet package so he purchased a 3G ADSL account from TelkomInternet on the 1st of November.
