Pointless I know but you're supposed to give them (the ISP) the opportunity to resolve the issue first.

Hi, what is the current situation regarding the ADSL regulations gusseted last month? People are still getting hard cap’d on telkominternetSA accounts, and have no local access!


I am keeping this sort, as I expect a auto generated responder L

I usally do about 10G, but last month (Aug) only 6.4 . Not capped for Sept!

If you download little by little and sit around the 3/4gig range, you will get capped around there. If you give it stick you will get out as much as you can on your line speed - I think that's why 26gig is realistic on a 4meg line.
