Isn't there a message about that on the usage page? I think Telkom know very few people read the T&Cs so they put it in red where everyone can see it

If you're referring to blended usage, you are not charged because they should cap you. For exceeding your local usage you are billed at R15 per gig last time I checked.

I am reffering to blended usage, it says so in the T&C's.
