Not really though..... I believe most people will make a logical deduction with the right information. And this forum gives VC the opportunity to pass some of that info on.
 
Just been catching up, and was reading through a thread where v3g was asked to help with what was clearly a Virgin Mobile billing issue, and instead of immediately telling the forumite to take it up with Virgin Mobile, v3g went to a lot of effort behind the scenes to get more info and to try and help the forumite who is not even a Vodacom customer.

v3g is an integral part of the MyBroadband community and has from the start fully embraced what it means to be part of the community by helping forumites wherever possible, truly an amazing guy both online and in person :).
 
Well i didn't see this thread earlier this week so i'd like to say thanks to V3G although the last time i had a problem i couldn't help him test it, but he had escalated it quite high and it did work...

So if i ever lost my temper at you V3G i am sorry... LOL!!!

I almost forgot about it, but just last year my mom had a really bad experience with a contract signed to her name, which she didn't even sign up for, verbally or written. Long story short, V3G did the work and took a huge burden off my mom, as she was going through a bad time in her life.

I thanked him back then, but I'd like to thank him again. Thank you V3G ;)
 
I have a vodacom 3G HSDP modem with Lantic. My contract is about to finish with them in a few months and I most definitely will not be renewing.

What I want to know, is there a single carrier out there that can actually tell me what my usage is, accurate usage and not a guestamit.

I am just a tad sick and tired of being ripped off and need an honest to goodness decent service.

Or am I just dreaming.
