The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Took a plane for the first time in months again yesterday, from early last year having to use an extension, to October not having to ,barely ,to yesterday having to pull a normal belt tight by about 15cm. Was nice.

Nice one! I was wondering the same.... When I was around 130kg I needed to use the extension. So embarrassing to ask for it. Don't know how you are built, but almost all of my fat is around my bier pens! Will definitely not need it now!

Monday weigh-in: 84.3kg

Went way up on the weight, but been keeping the 1.5" off the waist, which is good.

Intermittently fasting for the month from today, will see how that affects everything.

I would like to thank everyone here for motivating me,when i 1st saw this thread i was like what the heck let me join. When i 1st joined my 1st intention was just to carry on running and hope for the best. Then i saw someone stated they would be doing "LCHF".I decided to google what the hell that means and after reading fantastic stories i thought this could possibly work for me since i love eating meat.

When i 1st started i was 89kg which is my heaviest i weighed ever.I was very stressed about this because my clothes were all not fitting properly and i made my 1st mistake, i bought a bigger size jeans:sick::cry:
Starting off with lchf at 1st was easy but then the problems started. My body started craving sugar which i found very strange because i am not much of a sweets person but love simba chips. After almost a month i was thinking of giving up because people tend to be very negative and were just bringing me down.So i stopped telling people what i was doing and just stuck to my guns. I have now dropped to 80kg:D and the part that makes me very happy is when i went to do a full vitality check. The nurse seemed quite upset that i was doing the lchf diet and basically was upset with me.She had a sudden change of heart when she saw my cholesterol was only 4.5 and everything else was perfect.

The best part is my clothing that i refused to throw away now fit and the complimnets:whistle::D
Today i start a running again and bought a gym bench for home. Now my aim is to get that aesthetic body.
One can dream how :D:whistle:

Congratulations! Awesome story!

9kg is a huge amount of weight to lose - you must be a lot thinner around the middle.

Regarding the nurse... I've realized that most people don't have the time or patience to get to grips with how things really work. They go on what they have always been told, and they don't want to question things too much. They were told about low fat diets their whole lives, and then when they did their training, they were further indoctrinated in low fat. And most of them don't have the time, patience or curiosity to research the truth.

So not surprised she thought you would be killing yourself.
