92.8kg. Broke the 93kg barrier!

yay! Best feeling when you break those whole numbers!

91.2kg fekkit

Remember the body fluctuates the whole time up and down... if you are going to weigh daily, don't get discouraged with this type of thing...

What usually happens with me is that as soon as a have a big drop (like I had last week to 110.8) I know the next day will be higher, almost for certain. Next day I was back up to 111.5... then it dropped off against, and I'm at 110.3 today.

Great stuff, well done! I also managed to break through my 82kg plateau, and keep it there for most of the week since Monday.
I am super happy that I am closer to my target weight than my starting weight, and managed to reduce my waist substantially (almost 2" gone and staying off). Really an awesome motivator!

86.2kg yesterday.

I can probably get to my goal in a week.

When I started on 7 Jan I wanted to get to 85 by 12 March. At 85, I will set a new goal. Ive been doing minimal exercise - its mostly fasting that does it for me. I don't eat low carb or "clean" either. I have pizza and burgers from time to time but I still try to maintain a calorie deficit.

Mmmmm Hmmmm, just had some home-made banting melk tart, eggs + cream + vanilla essence + milk + cinnamon.

Weighed myself today, 5 days before the 8 week/2 months mark.

Things are looking great so far. Will update in 5 days time.
