Yea don't add me, I may decide to get fit some time but expect I will not be losing weight of I do, likely pick some up.

What banting pizza are you eating? What base?

Remember that some of the bases. Especially one like the fathead base is very high in calories. Also depending on the toppings it can easily lead to 1000+ calories per meal.

It's not a calorie issue, I've never had an issue with calorie counting etc.

It's a pizza del forno banting base. Afaik it's cauliflower + psyllium
 
I personally believe that trying to make "healthy" foods to imitate the foods you used to eat is a bad idea. Like no-carb bread, or low-carb pizza, I'd rather just not eat bread or pizza altogether.

It's partly psychological - it encourages a real change of habits as opposed to trying to do the same things you used to do. It's also because I'm not sure I trust such replacements. You end up eating more calories than you actually need, because you see those foods as "delicious".
