Lost 8 kg in 2 months. Very little exercise was involved. Mostly fasting + calorie deficit.
the great thing about fasting is i get to eat what i want to eat. just not when i want to eat
I do like junk food, so being able to lose weight while still eating burgers & pizza is a treat
