The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Lost 8 kg in 2 months. Very little exercise was involved. Mostly fasting + calorie deficit.

the great thing about fasting is i get to eat what i want to eat. just not when i want to eat :P

I do like junk food, so being able to lose weight while still eating burgers & pizza is a treat :D

I'll despair with you. Restarted my diet 4 times since I posted in this thread in Jan. I am lucky that my weight does not change, ever. I have to check my scale often as that needle never waivers. Stress is a biggie for me. Hopefully things will settle down, and I can find a routine.

Hunters gave me terrible gout, back in the early 90s

Oh boy, am going to shed a kilo or two now, wife made Thai green curry for super and misread the instructions. Used a large heaped tablespoon instead of level. Damn it's hot!

Yes. Over 5 sessions.

Still a great go. Longest I've swum in a session is training for the mile but I've heard of some folks who swim longer stretches and wonder how they do it. Nevermind speed, endurance alone must be paramount.
