The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Hey faniedry, Well Done bru! Have you been sticking to strict banting to achieve this? What is your normal routine during the week.. do you allow yourself a cheat day? Have you cut out dairy as well?

I mostly try to stick to the right stuff as much as possible, for as long as possible... having a couple of castle lite's every weekend doesn't help weightloss. Having too much biltong and dry wors does not help weightloss.

If I'm strict, my routine goes like this:
- BPC in the morning
- 3 coffees during the day
- lots of water during the day and evening
- dinner which consists of meat and some veg

rinse repeat, and win with weightloss

I'm definitely not excluding diary... cheese and cream is a big part of my diet.
 
Being back and being active again is helping.

I am at 99.9KG according to my scale but seem glued there. No movement for a few weeks now. Need to change something to get through this barrier.
 
Feedback: I have been following the 1st week of a 28 day eating plan with my wife and am down to 151.2 by this morning. It's not easy, but we are coping so far. The first change was noticed this morning when I was able to tighten my belt by one notch.

How often do we do status updates here?

When I lived in DBN my weight was at 72kg with constant exercise.
Then I started the new job, moved to Ballito and fell off the bus with a current weight of 81kg (it was 89kg).
starting exercise again.

1)Current weight: 81kg
2)Goal weight: 72kg
3)Plan: Running, cycling and a more planned diet with moderation of intake

Up to you. Everyone has their own journey, I like to update after every kg drop.
 
Had a bit of a set-back. Spent a week in Zanzibar on an all-inclusive package.

Nice holiday, not great for weight-loss!
