The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

106.6 Sunday morning after breakfast. Did cheat a bit this weekend though, had a six pack of Hunter's Gold over Sat and Sunday, as well as most of a litre of Clover Krush Orange juice, and some chocolate....

@fanniedry how about a graph based on percentage as well? ie: percentage of original weight as it decreases?

hmmm.... let me ponder about it....

something like "between start weight and goal"?

Nah, I was thinking more on the line against all the participants. It would be a "as at graph" , with members and their current weight loss percentage versus original. Be interesting to see as it will eliminate the weight loss figures ie: a larger person loses more weight but they also have a lot to lose whereas the percentage shows a different perspective.

Monday morning weigh-in:

83.1

Also, the inch I lost beginning of last week is still gone, so feeling positive about my current training regime and diet :)

@fannie, here's a better idea. Total kgs lost by the group per week ie: sum all members loss numbers for the week to show cumulatively how much fat we all busted :D

Will be nice to hear from peeps who haven't sent through weight loss figures after coming on board.

Come on guys -. Don't give up on your resolution. You can do this.

Well, my starting weight for the actual weight-loss exercise was 82. For the timeline in the thread though, I was already at 77 or so, and this is where I've been hovering around ever since. I suspect that my goal of 74 might be a little bit low, and at this stage I don't seem to be losing anything further.

New graph I'm adding to the OP

Loss2GoalRatio.png

Above 100% = Goal Exceeded
Below 0% = Going the wrong way! :(
