The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

A few weeks back I went a bit moggy and only had Simba chips for supper. I managed to lose two kilos :wtf:

Downside was my boep looked bigger :cry:

I'm still doing the intermittent fasting... unfortunately I'm also doing it intermittently :o
 
Haven't posted in this years weight loss thread as I failed dismally before...

However started full on gym and eating properly in Jan at 98 odd Kg's, sitting at 85.45Kg's now, this is with gymming twice a day, (1 Hour fasted cardio in the am and then my weight training in the evenings.)

I am on a very strict calorie controlled eating plan, with intermittent fasting thrown in for good measure.
 
Do rowing. It will get you fit, make you lose weight[sup]1[/sup] and get you that lean muscle look.

I'm rather fit, Rowing bores the living daylights out of me. I run with an audible book in my ears.
I eat mostly healthy.. I fail but I get back on the horse quickly.

I'm usually 62-63. When it's that time of the month, I retain water like nobody's business. The scale depresses me and then I usually go and eat everything in the fridge :o
How tall are you?
I swear my scale is possessed. When I step on it it says 66.6 :D
 
I don't know how much I weigh, but I'm slowly getting there. Family says I have lost weight since January, and the amount of fat around my tummy looks smaller than it ever has. This is despite not being that good at exercising regularly lately. I'll get there!
