Meh on a plateau at the moment but considering I had a very quick loss over the last two months, not complaining. Holding strong while the body adjusts :p

That, my man, is a myth. Water could cause it, but you're not going to dry up and blow away because you didn't gym for a week or ate at a caloric deficit for a week. It would take some serious fasting to lose muscle.

The 'pump' as it's called (after gym) is your blood and nutrient supply to the muscles among other things. You haven't suddenly grown an inch around your biceps. Similarly, you don't lose it if you don't exercise for a week or month.
 
Managed to hit 75kg yesterday, which was my first initial goal. 5 days to go until I hit my 5 months.

Fanie, don't take this weight and only the one I post on the 11th.

After losing almost 15kg, I am still not thin by a long shot (I still have a big chunk of fat on my belly). I would have never guessed that I was so fat to start with :o
Will probably set another goal when I get to my current goal.

you are way over your goal. have you set a new goal?
At what point would you like to stop losing weight? being overly skinny is probably not a good thing either.

I'm just going to continue eating as I have been, and should settle on whatever weight my body is comfortable with. I'm fairly thin now, but certainly not skeletally so.

You telling me, I've lost about 24kg since I started last year, and I'm still a fat bastid :(
