The 2017 Weightloss Thread

Current Weight: 130.5kg (weight in on 05/01/2017)
Goal Weight: 105kg
Heaviest Weight: 130.5kg
Method: Daily walking for 40 minutes and some light weight beginner training for about 15 min. Also low Carb Diet with increased meals intervals and more water and fresh fruit. Also no wine from next week only on weekends.

I am doing a 4 week fitness challenge which involves 70% rope skipping. Week 1 done and dusted this morning!

All you need is a skipping rope and some space. I get up every morning at 5 and do the workout in the living room in front of the TV while playing something on youtube. I live in a small loft apartment with my wife so you really do not need a lot of space. Takes about 30 minutes to do and believe me when I say this workout is effective in making you sweat like a teenage boy before doing the deed.

I am aiming to go back to Thai boxing later this year and want to prove to myself that I can exercise on my own for at least 3 months before going back as well as lose 5 kg's. Do not want to spend money on club fees if I am going to slack.

Sheees that guy on the website is ripped! Looks like very intense training.

I'll only participate in the overall weight loss tracking. Going to do it slowly and gradually. :)

Bad weekend concerning healthy food. Didn't really have a choice in most of the food anyway. meh

And my bf's scale also isn't working. Will see if I can find one tonight

Method: 13 day Hitler diet to change metabolism then move straight into banting.
The last cigarette will be smoked today as well.
 
Haven't been following a diet until today nor gymming last week. Weighing at the gym tonight. :cry:
