No use being healthy and not actually living.Alas... A buddy who got divorced in October just learned today that his ex remarried yesterday, so I'm hosting Valentines depro eve for him... No goals hit today. Tomorrow is another day... Right?
Same here, work has been hectic the last few days! Need to ensure that the workouts don't take a knock! Can't wait to hit the weights again tonight.
Missed two nights due to life happening.
I remember my first sub 25min 5km such a mental battle! But so memorable!Parkrun, still the sub 25min is elusive. It might have been if I had run a straight 5km and not according to my Garmin a 5.10km. hey there is always next week.View attachment 620654
Congrats! seems like we both in the same boat. Was 102kg beg jan and now 97.1kg. Goal is never to hit 100kg AGAIN! Want that cool 90 that I havent seen in 5 years! Was going to skip the cardio today after we only got home after 6pm from kiddies birthday party. But forced myself to go do sprints anyway.
Hit above 25km/h for the first time in years.
Getting quicker with this 100kg body

Exactly! But we worked out today whilst most ppl chilled we already one step ahead! Thanks. You too.
I'm a pretty muscular guy and I don't really mind the 100kg(after coming from 125kg). Which is why my goal weight is only 95kg for now in the WL thread spreadsheet.
That 95kg is my short term goal.
According to fitbit scale(not that I really trust it) I'm at about 18% body fat. 4 of the 6 pack visible and a nice v-line forming around waist now.
Long term goal is 100kg with around 12% BF and 6 pack always visible.
Been at it for about 6 years now with the heavy lifting. Probably another 5 away from my long term goal.
Patience, discipline and healthy mindset is key.
