Yoh, your height must be 6ft 5inch or more. Going by BMI 25.Another kg down this month... reached 100kg... only 4kg more to go to "ideal" weight.
Yup, I'm 6'5"...Yoh, your height must be 6ft 5inch or more. Going by BMI 25.
I applaud you for what you've accomplished.Still hovering around 97kg this month... I'm fine with that. Looks like I will reach target in a month or two.
Great, did you manage to reach target weight 85 ?I'm down to 91.4Kg this morning.![]()
I am 101.6 today, should be 80 as per BMI chart. I found that lethargy is probably the first body alert if you cross 90 kg. Of course, it is subject to height so I would say once you creep towards 28 BMI, that would set lethargy in. More cracked heels perhaps? I don't remember having suffered from cracked heels when I was a thin lad of 80kg.I was thinking when you start reaching 100 kgs you get some body alerts

Sho. Starting this journey at 101.6kg. Need to get down to 80kg but at this stage, it looks huge mountain to climb.
Plan is to cut down portion & carb by 20% every day as I am sure I eat a lot.. And no carbonated drinks / sweets. Lots of raw veggies instead of cookies when hunger strikes.
Static cycling as exercise; walking is still difficult on ankle. Still recovering from horrible ankle sprain.
Yeah, I can cut down cold drinks & sweets very easily - habit of only last 4-5 years. I think I have a carbs addiction (if there is such a thing) that I will have to control somehow. As long as you think that is sustainable. When I started out, I knew I couldn’t give up sweets or cold drinks completely, so I just cut down on it a lot and made sure to get in plenty of exercise 5-6 days a week.

Bra if that works then start wearing a M t-shirt to triple that motivationSo, this could be funny/tragic/common but sharing in any case. I used to fit in L t-shirts, then XL and then XXL because XXL became comfortable on the tummy especially.XL still is a tight fit but now I started wearing them at home just as a reminder and it seems to have reduced my trips to kitchen somewhat as frequent eating is a temptation when working from home
whatever works man..
Don't know about you but I need to breathe at times.Bra if that works then start wearing a M t-shirt to triple that motivation![]()

I am 99.9% going to sign us up for this adventure to force us to train to be fit enough to enjoy it in Feb. I'm just waiting to talk the BF into itThe cycling bug has definitely bitten me, but he's not quite there yet.
