Wow. 3.6 kg per month, well done. I very much doubt if I will manage more than 2/2.5kg per month now onwards.
Calorie deficit and walking, I started walking 5km a day and bumped up to 10km a day which helped a lot.

Only thing is it takes about 2 hours out of your day to walk those 10km which is a lot of time out of someone's day especially if you are working.

I used my 20 months off from work due to Covid as my time to get myself sorted out, keep going you will get there.
 
I need to join this thread. I actually don't know my weight (as in don't want to know), but my visit to my beautiful doctor today has convinced me I need to try.

I got an SMS from the NHS over the weekend telling me I qualify for weight loss assistance...

Wondering whether I should ask for metformin...?
